Early Cancelation
This Early Cancellation Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the initial subscription purchaseby and between BV MOUNTAIN INVESTMENTS LLC DBA COZY HILL RV AND CABIN RESORT and the subscriber ("Subscriber").
**1. Subscription Details**
The Subscriber has entered into a 12-month subscription agreement with the Company, commencing on the initial subscription date and concluding exactly 12 months after.
**2. Early Cancellation Policy**
The Subscriber may cancel their subscription prior to the end of the 12-month term, subject to the following early cancellation fees:
- **Cancellation within the first 1 to 6 months:** $79.99 early cancellation fee. Pay full price of Luxe Diffuser and Oil.
- **Cancellation within 6 to 9 months:** $39.99 early cancellation fee.
- **Cancellation within 9-12 months:** $25 early cancellation fee.
**3. Notice of Cancellation**
To initiate cancellation, the Subscriber must provide written notice to the Company at least 10 days prior to the desired cancellation date.
**4. Payment of Fees**
The Subscriber agrees to pay the applicable early cancellation fee as outlined in Section 2 upon cancellation. The fee will be deducted from any remaining balance or charged directly to the payment method on file.
**5. Acknowledgment**
By checking the box or signing below, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Early Cancellation Agreement.
By Purchasing the Subscription the Customer acknowledges this agreement and acts as a signed agreement on day one of the subscription.
